  Fair Oaks is very lucky to have Dan! Truly the best massage I’ve had in my life. For reference - I prefer deep tissue massage and the reason for my visit was sport injury / tension related. I felt very listened to and cared for the entire time. Dan used hot stones at one point which I’ve never had- that felt incredible. I can’t recommend Dan more! 🙏🙏

  If you want someone to berate you and yell at you for not liking their massage and get you frustrated to tears then go here. I scheduled a deep tissue massage with Amanda and she stepped on my body and only rubbed my shoulders after almost 40 minutes we didn’t even reach other parts of the body when she wanted to start with hot stone (I didn’t ask for hot stone.) I’m paying for someone to massage my body with their hands and thumbs not rub hot stones over my body. After I told her I didn’t want hot stone she seemed upset and was rubbing my shoulders (even more) for the remainder it was obvious she was not going to be massaging other parts of my body even though I had lower back pain and other tense areas as well. So it was obvious she only wanted to get away with stepping and stretching my body (Thai massage) and do hot stone for the full hour. I was expecting someone to actually massage my body for an hour. She even offered me a package for a facial as well and said $188 which went down to $148, I’m not trying to be sold additional services while I’m trying to relax. I would like to know how walking on my legs and back, stretching me, and hot stones is considered deep tissue? Even if you google deep tissue it explicitly states “Therapists use fingers, thumbs, or elbows with deep, focused strokes, often recommended for areas like stiff necks, tight shoulders, and lower back pain.” Really disappointed not only in the massage but how they treat their customers for being disappointed by yelling in their faces and attempting to make them feel bad, i ended up crying because this was a not so often time I wanted to treat myself and was made to feel horrible. I offered to pay just to leave and she insisted on calling the boss who I assume is the owner, Daniel. I ended up just leaving all the cash I had in my wallet so I could walk out of there. Update: as you may tell from the obvious unprofessional response and defensiveness, she did leave out the part where she mentioned that she was berating and yelling at me to my face to the point of making me cry. I do genuinely wish I would’ve recorded her and posted it for evidence. If they do have any video recordings of the interaction in their shop, I suggest they post it so everyone can see exactly how the owner speaks and treat their customers. I didn’t do anything other than tell her to stop, and finish my massage early, by the time I was dressed and walked out she was already yelling at me. They really need to learn how to handle constructive criticism because they clearly cannot.

  Holy cow. Best massage I’ve ever had. Amanda was fantastic… I just got out and it’s hard to formulate words. She cracked my back and walked on my back and did things with her feet I didn’t even know were possible. Every single part of my body feels better. 10000/10, highly recommend.

  I'm so glad I stumbled across this hidden gem! Initially I was going to another massage place down the street from this one but it was closed and I'm glad it was otherwise I would've never known about this wonderful place! Simon is hands down the best masseuse I've ever had, and I've had quite a few massages. It's like he knew exactly where all my tight spots were and got every single one of them out. The icing on the cake was the hot stones and warm towels at the end. Next time I'll have to do the full 2 hours, as an hour just wasn't enough! Most places only offer 30, 60 and 90 min massages. This place has 120 mins! Can't beat that at all 😏My body felt like jello when I tried to get up, and I was so relaxed and sleepy. Great way to treat yourself if you have stress in your body. Thank you so much for the amazing service ❤️ I'll definitely be back!
