- SLSunny LeeAug 13, 20225.0I come here once or twice a year to buy a couple of hair and skin care/bath products since early 2000 when this store was across the courtyard from the current location. The staffs are always so friendly and never pressure customers. Always have items to try to smell it and try on your hands. Once I was gifted a several products by a friend, but I knew I would unlikely try certain items from the gift, so instead, I decided to bring them to this store to exchange with something I use often. I was impressed how the staffs took care of that exchange request. It made a great impression of this store & Aveda as a company. Happy to see this store still serving the local customers like me who is not frequent but still like to visit in person a couple times a year.
