  If you’re considering leasing here, RUN! This building is a nightmare. Although it’s in a convenient location the atmosphere is really unpleasant. I’ve been here 4 times now and there are never ending issues. The building temperature is either FREEZING or SCALDING. My provider gave me a heated blanket for my last appointment and I was still shivering. There have been plumbing issues, sewage smells, the list goes on. There’s nothing the professionals leasing the units can do about it and they try so hard to accommodate clients but the building managers/owners are not properly managing this could-be great place. There are so many other lovely places in the valley that will offer a nicer environment. Look elsewhere…

  I recently visited Salon Lofts and unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. The temperature in the studio was either way too cold or uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to relax during my 5 hour appointment. And this is not the first time I’ve experienced this. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant odor that reminded me of a sewer, which was quite off-putting. Basically, every time I come in, one or all of these things is an issue and certainly taints my experience. These environmental issues really detracted from the overall experience and I would honestly expect much more from the Scottsdale Quarter. I hope they can address these concerns because the potential is there for a much better atmosphere.
