I have gone to this salon a few times one being the time it had its opening. It was a nice event however I met the owner and I found it rude and disrespectful that she didn’t know her employees name and felt it was funny that she had Nick named her and unfortunately I can not remember her name off the top of my head. Another time as I was waiting for my service I happen to be in the waiting area and over heard the owner referring to her clients as kiddo as I work in an industry that your clients/customers are to be referred to by name not nicknames of your choice unless otherwise said I found that to be rude and demeaning. I have met two of the receptionist one being a lady named Denise she is the most rude and distasteful individual I have spoken to ever and the other was a young lady who was so sweet and no longer works there. Then as I was going through the reviews on this salon before leaving my review myself I see that only good reviews get feedback and only one review that was bad has a comment. So my question to the owner would be since when do we rename people? How do you find that respectful of your employees?clients? Customers? How could you change as a person so that you don’t come off disrespectful and rude? How could your receptionist be different or not comeoff rude?

Do not patronize this business- they harassed the vulnerable senior community across the street. Bright lights on top of building destroying the night sky. They took down all the Christmas decorations, except the lights. Don’t support a business who doesn’t support the community. They were forced to turn lights off at 10 after leaving on all night by Pima county gov- wasting our taxpayer dollars.
401.6 Seasonal Decorations. Seasonal decorations using unshielded low-wattage lamps (not exceeding 7 watts
each) shall be exempted from the Lumen Caps of Table 401.1 from Thanksgiving to the 15th of January each
year.
Don’t give ur dollars to a business wasting taxpayers dollars to enforce a nuisance. Please look for my Upcoming reviews on next-door, neighbor app and TikTok - maybe The community can shame them into doing the right thing

This is the place to go for a complete pampering! I got my hair cut and colored by Lori and it hasn't felt this good and healthy for years! Lorena was wonderful with my manicure and pedicure...my nails look so pretty! LouAnn gave me the most amazing facial facial ever! I then got a 90 minute massage from Veronica, WOW! She knew every one of my problem areas without me even having to tell her, she's that good! The staff here is amazing! They are very knowledgeable, kind and friendly and very, very talented! I'm from Boise, ID but I am so willing to make my way down here to AZ for this place! It truly is a Sanctuary!! Thank you!!
