I trusted the stylist when she told me the keratin treatment was the same. $265 + full cost of a hair cut and my hair is not straight; It’s not silky; I’d not shiny; It’s still frizzy and dull; and I have to blow dry with a tight brush and use a flat iron just to make it look decent. Totally ripped off!
