  I never made it to this place because I cancelled my appointment. But they refused to refund the full amount that I paid for a massage! They're claiming a credit card transaction fee that they only refund for SOME CLIENTS, not all. First of all, nowhere on the website or at any point during my original transaction does it say anything about a credit card transaction fee. My purchase was a flat rate. The refund should be as such. Second, who decides who gets a full refund? That's terrible! I know businesses have fees with the credit card companies... but you can't just hold onto some of some random person's refund to cover it. And you should tell the clients about the fees up front! I will not do business here because of this ordeal. Either be 100% transparent about fees, or refund the full amount as requested.

  Triqi Davis was my therapist and I highly recommend him. Very professional and knowledgeable. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Online presented a little bit of a hassle to schedule an appointment, but I called and they got back to me.

  If I could give The Body Shoppe 10 stars I would! We came here for a birthday couples massage and they blew us out of the water. Michael was purely amazing and was able to straighten out my husband’s body pains with ease and meticulous attention to detail. Brenda has a delightful personality, so fun to chat with, and was receptive to my requests for certain massage areas and firmness desired. The owner was also wonderful and gave me a great facial. You can tell these are professionals and the price was so great for the service they provided. We will be back!!

  Long story short, my back had been hurting for a week (like much worse than normal), so I decided last minute around 8pm to book a massage for the next morning. I used their online booking service. When I got there the next morning the door was locked. I called the number and mentioned everything and the lady said someone was there, but they were in a 90 minute massage session. She checked the bookings and they hadn't seen my appointment since it was kind of last minute (normally they will confirm it with you so you know you're good to go). That was on me, BUT she said she would get ready and be there in 15 minutes and she was. I didn't expect her to do that for me. I was so grateful because I needed it. The massage itself was incredible. We focused on my back and I felt so much pressure going away. I'm an anxious individual with awful posture and when the massage was done I felt like a different person. The ambience is nice and the music played was calming. I was only able to afford a 30 minute massage, but even that was worth it. Hoping to go for an hour next time! Great prices, excellent service, and a very clean facility. Please do yourself a favor and check them out.
