Although they couldn't get her in until first thing in the morning on the next day, they were so helpful in recommending the best and closest hotel only a mile away from their shop. They also gave her a ride to her hotel. In addition, they started right on time replacing her brakes and picked her up at the hotel when her car was ready. A special thank you to Katie for her kindness. The price for the repair was great too! I highly recommend this shop!

Discovered I popped a tire 40 miles outside of Rawlins headed to Rock Springs, I couldn't believe I drove on this tire it had a 10 inch split in it a half inch wide!!! I could see the silver threads. Called around, I either got told they will call me back or I got put on hold for so long, I guess they were hoping I would hang up. I finally got ahold of this place the lady put me on a small hold came back and told me they do have a used tire and gave me a decent price, and said they could get me right in. I was pulling a small trailer. They didn't even care and kept it hooked up and let me bring my cat inside so it wouldn't be in a hot car in the garage. They were so accommodating. I was back on the road within 30 minutes. I canno't believe that I've never seen that anywhere in my life. Please go here, no matter what they quote you... besides getting your repair done , your paying for a service that they care , which is priceless!!!
