I worked with Dylan Hoopes to take a look at a camper I was interested in and we communicated for about a week prior to him telling me I could drive up and take a look at the camper. Everyone had told me the camper was ready and available for viewing prior to driving 3 HOURS to take a look. Once I arrived they proceeded to drive us around the lot for over an 1 HOUR to then tell me they could not find the camper I was interested in and made me sit in the waiting room for 1 additional hour to then come and tell me they don't know where this camper is. Complete Joke. A waste of time and the manager also did not want to speak to us or give any answer until we had already be waiting for over 1 1/2 Hours. I spent over a week of my time and 6 HOURS of driving for camping world to tell me they could not find this camper. How does a manager allow this to happen and why are they not checking the camper before saying its ready? Huge red flags. They are not helpful and have terrible reviews at all of their stores. Should have looked at the reviews prior to thinking about shopping through them and I would have saved so much time.

We walked to the front counter and were asked by two young men sitting behind another counter doing nothing if we would like to check out. After 5 minutes the same two young men said that the other guy was really busy stocking the store and would be up when he could. Frustrated I asked if we could check out at the back counter and were told yes I think so by the same two that were sitting behind the counter telling jokes. We walked to the back where 3 employees were standing and checked out. Later saw the same item for $2.79 elsewhere. No customer service at this location.
