On Monday 12/29/2025 I came into this camping world to purchase a heated water supply line. I purchased the replacement plan as well. That might when I returned home and installed the hose it immediately began leaking profusely from a factory crimp point. This failed to meet every expectation I had when. I purchased this product. I then went to return the hose that never held regulated water pressure. I was asked to pay another fee for a protection plan for the new hose. Returns in the United States are regulated by the product meeting the expectations of the consumer. Holding regulated water pressure without leaking is a normal expectation of a new supply line. This is illegal trade practices and bad business. I will be reaching out to all applicable agencies at every level over this despicable and illegal practice. No supplier can sell components with zero warranty on craftsmanship.

Do not get propane from camping world! They just destroyed a new 100 gallon tank by over-pressurizing it. This is the second or third time refilling the tank and they called it a manufacturer error. They said they are all certified and I could bring it in to see if it was their fault. I do not feel comfortable putting a leaking propane tank inside of my vehicle for them to gaslight me.

Worked with Gracelyn, she was very helpful, and worked very hard to get a good deal for us. although we didn't purchase a rv from her I would recommend dealing with her.

I urge you to read this message before doing any sort of business with Camping World. My girlfriend and I purchased a used fifth wheel from this location and have done nothing but regret our choice ever since. To start off, we went to this location already knowing what Rv we wanted to buy, it should have been a seamless process, but yet, between the manager talking with friends for 2 hours when he was supposed to close our deal, and all of the other run around, it took us being there waiting around for 2 entire business days before we were able to take the unit. When we purchased it, we knew it was used, and since camping world doesn’t check anything on trade ins at all, they market the $2,000 “lets go camping” package, which is supposed to give you all the stuff to just take the unit and camp. They are supposed to check through all functions to make sure everything works right and deep clean it. That is the reason we got that package. Huge mistake. They found something wrong with the wiring to the microwave, misdiagnosed it and said they don’t have the parts and were extremely insistent we take the unit even though I did not want to take it home until it was fixed. Reluctantly, after 2 days waiting we took it back home to Colorado, where we were told the Longmont camping world would take care of us. I then proceeded to go back and forth between Cheyenne and Longmont camping world for the next 2 months trying to get the unit fixed. The locations were unorganized and despite calling many times to explain what we needed, no one at either location ever knew what was going on. We finally got an appointment made at Longmont, they had it for 5 days stating they would fix the issue, and when we arrived on the day of pickup, come to find out they had only just started working on it, and found that the Cheyenne camping world misdiagnosed the issue. They said it was just an outlet and told us to take it because the outlet would have to ship. Turns out again, on our own investigation, the outlet is not even the problem. In terms of “deep cleaning” included in the package, all they did was wipe the counters and remove the old furniture. We wasted our time and money. Then, they didn’t even do the paperwork correctly, for the registration of the RV which led us to spend over an hour at the dmv trying to track down the correct documents which were not sent correctly. They also did not give us a temp tag for the unit, for travel, which is illegal. Please do not do business with any camping world. Our unit ended up having multiple other issues that should’ve been caught during the inspection, but it wasn’t, leaving it all to us to fix, which is dumb because we got that package to make sure it was 100% ready to go. If for whatever reason you still want to buy from camping world, do not do any type of warranty service or the let’s go camping package, it’s a waste of money, and they’re service department is an absolute joke. I don’t ever write reviews, but this experience has been hell and we are disappointed.

If I could leave these guys a negative star I would. I bought a 2024 Sportsman Select from the and has had nothing but issues. We bought the camper in May of 2025 and within the first month, the water heater went out. It is now November and they still haven’t been able to fix it. Their mechanic was a really nice guy but other than that, their customer service is the worst. It has gotten to the point where they told me to get a mobile RV mechanic to come fix it. We bought all of the extended warranty’s but they don’t honor those either. Please stay away from them. They are the absolute worst and will do nothing but lie to you and not honor anything they say.
