- MJManda JJun 3, 20251.0Pictures speak a thousand words but, I have additional comments. As seen in this picture the wheel stud is stretched, this occurs to wheel studs when they are over torqued. Initially on June 2,2025 I was told that my stud was "defective", and when I asked how much I was told they would split it with me. When you go to a repair shop and they find something defective they don't offer to "split* it with you. I refused to drive my car this way and it was 5pm, closing time. I received a call the next day and was asked what I wanted done. I asked if they were going to own responsibility and was told no. I asked how they install and remove tires and was told an impact . I informed him that he just acknowledged that they did not install it properly. I was put on hold and someone else who did not give their name contradicted everything the first man said. As I informed them I will be filing a complaint, this is unacceptable.
- JFJacob FosterNov 6, 20241.0Had my tire patched, which required the wheel to be pulled. Asked prior to repair for them to be mindful of the wheel, it was new and didn’t want it damaged. Upon pickup there was a large scuff on the wheel. The owner stepped over and stated that was there. The said he had have a video to show the damage. He shows me a video of him standing over the wheel and says see it was there. I told him it was not there and that shows nothing. He then argues me and I said well I guess it is what it is because you’re not going to do anything. He then comes out the door yelling and screaming at me. Would highly suggest you go somewhere that knows what they are doing. Unless you don’t mind people tearing up your vehicle and refusing to be held accountable.
