Terrible service. Requested a replacement July 31st, they never showed up. 3 hours later they called and said the glass came in broken and they reordered it and would call and reschedule when it came in and they verified it was not broken. That has been almost a month ago and now I cannot reach anybody to ask what’s going.

POOR Customer service at the Buckhannon WV location. Scheduled repair on-line several days in advance, received confirmation and showed up for appointment. Shop was closed. No technician showed up. Could not reach anyone locally. Called Safelite customer service. They could not resolve.
Waited 1.5 hours before leaving shop and cancelling appointment. Found another glass company to do replacement.
I did receive a call from a local Safelite manager several days later with an apology.
