Julie and her staff also found a hole in our serpentine belt, this could have caused a breakdown if not repaired. We didnt know the belt had a hole in it. She showed us and put a new belt. Giving me a quote before doing the work. Good job Julie and Staff!

They have rose above and beyond and explained things in the past (not focusing on upselling, but actually helping customers learn and understand how to properly care for the vehicle and listening to customer concerns.) thank you!
- GKGhost KeranenNov 11, 20254.0I went in to get a squealing noise checked out and the service tech figured out it was my front brakes squealing within the first 10 minutes of me being there which was AWESOME because I'm used to very long wait times at mechanics. However, after that I was there for about 2 1/2 hours while they replaced my front brake pads and rotors. When that was all said and done, I tried to leave but my car seemed very.... sluggish. It was all of a sudden not wanting to even start driving unless I floored it(which is obviously NOT normal) so I went back inside and flagged down Hannah, who immediately dropped what she was doing and helped me get the car fixed again. The only reason my review is 4 stars is because after the mechanics fixed my front brakes, they A) didn't notice my brake caliper had slipped out(or something like that, I don't exactly remember) and B) I still had to pay for them to fix the caliper. Though I only had to pay what they paid for the part & 30 minutes of labor(which was very nice of them to give me a discount) This had frustrated me immensely because at that point I had already sunk about 400$ into this(not including the extra 200$ I had to pay to cover the brake caliper), and I had to wait even longer(about 4 hours total). Overall the guest service was truly amazing, but the car service could be a little better.
