By some weird magical intervention, they had a used tire that could safely get us back home. Ryan was amazing. He didnt have to look, but he saw a problem and tried what was in his power to help. Thank you for being human and helping another human. Thank you for being good in a world so full of hate lately.

Ryan, a truly exceptional manager, took the time to patiently explain everything to me, and I can't express how much I appreciated his kindness. He didn't have to go the extra mile, but he did. When I asked questions like how often I should get an oil change, he explained everything clearly and without judgment. He even took the time to teach me about engine and air filters, which I'll be coming back to address on my next visit. Ryan provided excellent customer service, but more than that, he showed genuine compassion. I'll definitely be a loyal customer for life.

After the visit found out they charged me $160 for halogen bulbs that cost 70 at any of the auto stores. Then I come back to get an oil change, tire rotation, and a cabin air filter. They didn't even rotate the tires. Even though someone who came in after me got tires put on. They quoted me 131 no air filter or tire rotation just oil change. We waited during service then when they were done they charged me 180.09 for oil change and cabin air filter. Not happy when we left then I looked they charged me 48.00 for a cabin air filter. Again over 2x the amount. Never coming back that's way to excessive for parts. Yes they have over head but charging 2x plus for parts is ridiculous. I will just wait for my normal mechanic for the work they don't charge 2x for parts.
