Manager had the nerve to say they don't dry in circular motions since the scratches are in circular patterns. After I told them of course they do. I watch every time and inspect my truck every time. You could they were fresh. Took it to the dealership right after and he also agreed with me. Never going back.

I buy the more expensive package and every time I have to say something about wiping down the car or that they missed a spot when it's obvious that it needs to be wiped down. The only upside was the manager either refunding me or giving me a free car wash. But I shouldn't have to go through this and ask them to do their job properly.
