- LVLincoln “iAmSe7en” VilavongNov 10, 20251.0My car has never had oil leakage until I came here worst location so far did an oil change and leaked right as soon as I got out of the parking lot representative on the phone dodge the question on reimbursement on towing which I already had to tow the car once that day there with AAA then had to again once my car broke down from leaving the place with the oil leakage called another towing truck to another auto shop that couldn’t do it in time and inspected that yes they did mess up my oil change and then tow it for a 3rd time while in rush hour which took another hour so a 30 minute visit turned into a 5 hour headache just because they messed up my oil change I have pictures and receipts not only the towing coming reminded me they messed up even AAA threw them under the bus good luck at this one
