They did a clean-out of the engine, then a new filter & the oil change. Best part: the oil change was 50% off today! I truly am very pleased with the service I received!!!

They changed the oil quickly, but clearly didn't check the bulb. I pointed this out but five minutes later the manager came back and said she couldn't fix it it was a wiring issue. I know how long it takes to open the enclosure, and she clearly didn't check the bulb. I asked where I might take the van to have it fixed, she said "I don't know." Went to drive off - oil change indicator was still ON, I pointed this out and asked if there was anything else they might have forgotten, like topping off the fluids, and she said "don't come back, I don't like the way you're talking to me I'm going to tell my manager that you are on the do not service list." So, from hon to don't come back in a few minutes; there's never many people here and the only reason I came was that Firestone was so busy. Dear Manager: it's your business - but you need to figure out if your entitled and patronizing staff are worth keeping.
