- JJJodyDec 20, 20251.0I can do without the scowls and side eye when I politely turn down a package. It happens every time! Today I was asked if I come there frequently. I withheld my response for a second, then I replied, "Yes I do and no, I'm not in the market for a membership today." The young man who was trying to make the sale pursed his lips together and made this face. I chuckled on the inside, but seriously, please re educate your sales team on their customer service skills. I'm on a budget like many. We deserve respect too. And just an update, I signed up at Tommy's. I'm treated well there and the wash doesn't leave a soap residue like Club Carwash does.

The soap also stink! Smells like dirty laundry mixed with bubble gum! Please be nicer for the newbies. Never going here again!
