- JLJohn LordDec 25, 20251.0ZERO STARS AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY !!! Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY business. We consigned a destination trailer to them. The screwed everything up from the beginning. First, transportation had to come from a 3rd party company because of the weight, we’ve had them delivered and picked up. CW screwed it up and missed the pickup by 3 days in June 25. It finally gets there and takes 3 months to get it in the inventory so it can be sold, missing most of Wisconsin camping season. Finally after calling every Monday for 3 months, I hear a ton of bs about repairs, (which I paid to get fixed) customers backing out, can’t find the stock number, can’t find the title, it sells for 10k less than we asked for. I wouldn’t buy a roll of toilet paper from these guys. I’d suggest Lance and Chris find new jobs and hide their faces..
