The pressure had dropped to 17 PSI, and we still had to drive back to Milwaukee that day. After calling around to a bunch of shops (most were closed or fully booked), I came across Jiffy Lube and was surprised to learn they handle tire repairs too. I always thought it was just oil changes! Even the automated phone system impressed me. It felt like I was chatting with a real person, answered my questions easily, and clearly explained the tire patching process. I didn’t even need an appointment, just pulled up, and a technician immediately came out to help. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. They got us in right away, swapping out a tech so we could be serviced immediately. While we waited, they invited us inside and wow, the waiting area was so clean and modern! There was coffee, water, comfy chairs, a TV, even kids’ toys. The bathroom was spotless, too. They kept me updated the whole time and explained everything about my tires in detail—how they patched the one safely, checked all the tread depths, and gave me helpful recommendations about replacements and alignments before winter. It was quick, smooth, and honestly one of the best auto service experiences I’ve ever had. I wish I’d gotten the names of the technicians who helped us because they were awesome. I highly recommend this location, they truly go above and beyond!
