- ARAustin RomineNov 8, 20251.0I strongly do not recommend this location. Brought my travel trailer in for a winterization and a hitch adjustment. After getting off the phone with the service department I was told my total would be under $400 once I got to the location for pickup my bill was over $600 the service advisor told me they did not know why the total was so high. She said there is nothing she could do since it was finalized. After that I requested a basic winterization for $109.99 I was billed for $201.40 plus $13 for rv anti-freeze. They could not give an explanation why I was charged an extra $95. On top of that, I requested i hitch adjustment was charged $95 to move the hitch up two holes. Once I hooked my pick up to the camper we had to call the service team back out to adjust the hitch once again due to the fact the weight distribution bars would not even reach. After an additional 45 minutes was i than able to leave the location. I strongly do not recommend anyone have equipment serviced at this location.

Was told to order skylight on Amazon as well that they would have to order and price would be much higher. So good service but even their employees acknowledge prices are too high.

Thankfully, everyone was safe, and we managed to locate a nearby Camping World. Even though their service department was closing for the night, they kindly let us hobble in and camp on their lot until morning. That alone was a huge relief. Before leaving for the evening, a service rep took time to speak with us and explain our options. We knew we were in trouble—turns out our axle was bent and the bearings had failed, causing the tire to blow off completely. Not exactly the start to a relaxing weekend! But here’s where Camping World truly went above and beyond: Al, the service manager, and Kyle, our service tech, not only diagnosed the issue quickly and professionally—they stayed late to make sure we could get back on the road and still enjoy our weekend plans. Kyle’s dedication, calm demeanor, and expert guidance turned a stressful situation into one we’ll remember with gratitude. Camping World didn’t just fix our camper—they saved our weekend. We’re incredibly thankful for their quick response, top-notch service, and the kindness they showed when we needed it most. Kyle, you’re a rockstar. Thank you for going the extra mile — literally!
