He walked us through everything we needed to know about traveling in this camper. They offered a great package deal with our purchase as well.
- DCDerek ClarkDec 6, 20251.0We bought a new camper in September, originaly we went in just looking and ended up trading in our old camper. The GM Brian ended up being our salesman, he pressured us to complete the sale that day so that it would count towards the end of the month for him. We definitely should have waited because there was a cable that needed to be replaced and we finally took possession of our camper today seventy days later. The biggest problem was during that seventy days, there was little to no communication between the store and us unless I called first to check on status. Taking possession of a camper in the winter is definitely a bad idea for many reasons. Overall the entire process was miserable and if we could do it over again we would go somewhere else.

- ARAustin RomineNov 8, 20251.0I strongly do not recommend this location. Brought my travel trailer in for a winterization and a hitch adjustment. After getting off the phone with the service department I was told my total would be under $400 once I got to the location for pickup my bill was over $600 the service advisor told me they did not know why the total was so high. She said there is nothing she could do since it was finalized. After that I requested a basic winterization for $109.99 I was billed for $201.40 plus $13 for rv anti-freeze. They could not give an explanation why I was charged an extra $95. On top of that, I requested i hitch adjustment was charged $95 to move the hitch up two holes. Once I hooked my pick up to the camper we had to call the service team back out to adjust the hitch once again due to the fact the weight distribution bars would not even reach. After an additional 45 minutes was i than able to leave the location. I strongly do not recommend anyone have equipment serviced at this location.

Was told to order skylight on Amazon as well that they would have to order and price would be much higher. So good service but even their employees acknowledge prices are too high.
