She said to come in and they would take care of me. I was 10 minutes away. When I got here, she greeted me with a handshake and asked me inside to get warm and offered me coffee or hot chocolate. I didn’t expect such top quality service in this day and age. Such a wonderful experience for just a battery exchange. They are under new management and under this leadership I will be a customer.

Came in to Jiffy lube for them to check cause I saw no oil on my dipstick and saw a puddle on the concrete. Rebecca, Anthony and Phil fixed everything for me. They saved the day! Going back to Walmart for a refund. Drove around for 5 day's with no oil, Walmart could of blown my engine. THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE!
