I wasn’t really in the market for a new car, but I’ve always loved the newer body style and wanted to see if it might be a contender down the road. When I arrived, I was greeted by Chase, and I immediately told him I was only looking—not buying. He treated me with the same kindness and attention as if I had been ready to sign paperwork right then and there. He genuinely seemed happy to help, even knowing a sale wasn’t guaranteed. I ended up test driving a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and it honestly felt like magic in the form of a vehicle 😂 By the time I came back into Chase’s office, I had to admit I’d lied—I was definitely buying that day after all. My experience with Chase was hands down the best I’ve ever had with a car salesman. His easygoing personality and the way he treated me with respect regardless of my intentions to not buy that day is exactly why I’ll continue coming back to Bernard’s for service and future vehicle upgrades.
