It was something simple and they fixed it within 10 minutes which was amazing enough, then Karl said was no charge! What an honest and kind place to bring your vehicle. They said yes, and found that it wasn't the transmission, but the drive shaft and steering unit. I again asked if they were the right shop for the job and they assured me they were. When I got the car back, the check-engine light was on, the cruise control, all-wheel drive, and ABS brakes did not work (all formerly working fine). They never even mentioned it when I paid the $2600 for their work, and after I came back, told me they can do nothing about it. Now a month later, I'm still waiting for other shops to call me back for an estimate on the repairs. Not happy at all!
