The job turned out to be a little more involved than originally expected due to the age and rust on the undercarriage. Felix did excellent work and taking the time to get whatever additional parts needed. The cost was still equal to my original estimate. I was given a free oil change since the job took extra time. Great customer service! Thank you so much to Felix and Cameron in the office!!!

Felix took my car for a test drive right away and addressed the issue. He welcomed me and my kids inside and offered us hot chocolate and somewhere to sit. I need to say this. The service was IMPECCABLE. Impressively the best service I’ve ever been given in my life. These two guys were the nicest, most selfless knowledgeable servicemen I’ve ever met. They were kind and seriously helped me so much. Being a mom with two kids hearing a noise under my car is scary. But those two seriously made a difference. I have to add also that I had horrible service in the past at the Oconomowoc location. But these guys made my view on Jiffy Lube completely different. Sunday morning about 10 minutes before 11 am 2 gentle men helped and topped off the oil, wash, and more. Cleaned the leaves under the hood and checked the air in my tires. Cost nothing, I offered cash but they didn’t want it, I wished them a Merry Christmas and thanked them! God bless these wonderful people that helped in my time of need!!
- JJJennyDec 7, 20251.0Negative Star if possible. FOR YOUR LIFE AND YOUR FAMILY, DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE. First of all, Jiffy Lube lures people to write 5-star reviews by offering free windshield wipers. Second, Jiffy Lube charged me for an oil change, BUT on the second day, I drained my engine oil and found it was muddy and dark, because they NEVER changed my oil. Third, why would I drain my engine oil on the second day after an oil change? Because I had to make an emergency stop on a highway and had my car towed to a repair shop, the mechanics found the oil wasn't full and offered to top it off. But they actually have to drain the remaining oil to prevent having different engine oils in my engine. And I watched the process and found the oil was never changed. Wait a second, how come I got to do an emergency stop on a highway after an oil change at Jiffy Lube? Because Jiffy Lube removed my engine’s splash shield (a plastic cover under your engine) and loosened my transmission under-body tray guard cover (a metal cover under your transmission), and NEVER put them back. As a result, that metal underbody cover (which sits in the middle of my car) was left hanging when Jiffy Lube sent me on my way. I entered the highway and picked up speed; the metal underbody cover began to flap against the road in the wind, making tremendous noise. I had no idea what happened and had to pull over to the emergency lane. I could not drive my car on the highway in this condition, so I had to call a tow truck for rescue. This is the most ridiculous oil change I've ever had. As other reviews say, if you are a female and look like you don’t know much about auto, Jiffy Lube can do ridiculous things to you, your car, and your safety. I was lucky the metal underbody cover didn’t come off on the highway, tearing up my tire or cutting into the exposed engine pipes, and I didn’t have a crash or something worse. FOR YOUR LIFE AND YOUR FAMILY, DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE.
