Valvoline also denied me but mind you, this was after they did it twice for me in the past with the same vehicle. I showed them the receipt and they still denied me. What it comes down to is the service techs don't want to do it. The person I spoke to here copped an attitude after I said the van weighs max a total of 6500lbs. If your lifts can't lift the basic weight of a pickup truck (most 1/2 ton pickups are anywhere from 6k-7k), then how can you say you offer tire rotation service? Once again, you are just denying service because you don't want to do it. Very poor service. I know not to come back now.
