    My first time was a really great experience. I pulled front of the garage door and a service person came out immediately to see what I wanted. I said an oil change and tire rotation and he motioned for me to pull and waited for me to exit my care. He then stopped at his service desk and said his name was Casey. My care is a 2024 VE Taos and this was the first time it was serviced. What struck was the fact that Casey pulled my auto up in the system and explained how VW had various services VW owners received at no charge. I was very impressed with Casey’s professionalism, engaging personality and he treated as though I was visible and really mattered. I would highly recommend VW for your automotive needs. They care about their customers.

    Quinn and Rob were the dream team. Getting me in and out quickly even with a trade in and a tall ask to beat external financing. They both exceeded everything I was looking for--and on a Saturday none the less. Would definitely recommend reaching out to Quinn if you're looking to test drive or look at any Volkswagen!

    Quinn was excellent!! I made contact online and was able to come to an agreement in just 2 phone calls on a vehicle. Robert and Quinn were quick to respond and give details on what they had and what they were willing to do. Buying from Zimbrick was an easy process and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour, even after a full tutorial on my new Tiguan. The 3 hour drive to get there was worth the trip and they were truthful and stand up guys who made my car purchase stress free!! I didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything extra and got a deal of a lifetime!!

    I emailed the dealership for the PR Code for the vehicle as I needed to order a new battery. I did not receive the information I asked for in their repsponse on 11/17, so I followed up with another email on 11/24, giving more specific information. I never received a response, so I followed up today by email. Instead of any form of polite response, even one that didn't provide the information I asked for, I got this: "Hi again Benjamin, I sent the following email to you on 11/17 at 3:41 pm and I saw that you opened the email." This, to me, is abysmal customer service. Even if they didn't have the code I was looking for, I clarified what I needed to do, order a battery. No interest at all. They didn't even bother to indicate that they could order and install a battery for me. I have purchased two vehicles from them, referred multiple people there, and planned on buying another new vehicle from them in about 18 months; my mistake, I guess.
