Garbage service!! Since I was only buying a 5 dollar speaker wire, why should we care? The person who is helping goes back to get this wire that is stocked right out front then answers a call and keeps me waiting. The store was empty by the way... Car stereos are what me and my friends are into..Do you want us to go somewhere else to get all of our components and accessories?

Horrible experience. Vehicle left the shop with a loose ground wire and now a broken plug behind my head unit that was never brought to my attention. I found it electrical taped and disconnected as my head unit no longer turned on.
