He facilitated the claim with my insurer and discounted rates with the rental company. I had repair appointment scheduled less that two weeks out and Tim was excellent about keeping me updated and returning my calls, despite a medical concern which would easily have justified otherwise. When addition damage was discovered during repairs, Tim kept me informed and kept a full court press on the insurer to ensure timely completion. The completed repairs also exceeded my expectations.

- IEIndigo ErlenbornOct 30, 20255.0Tim And the Lynch Auto Body team did an amazing job on my car and were incredibly personable, working with me to figure out a plan for the multiple problems with my car. When the first part they ordered arrived turned out to be faulty, they promptly ordered another one. Due to the extended wait time because of the part, Tim actually came in on a Saturday morning to finish my car! This is not common practice there, and because they were focusing on being so swift, they forgot to clean out the old parts and some dirt from the inside of my car when the job was done because they knew I needed it back asap. However, when I reached out to Tim to let him know, he responded immediately that I should bring the car back on Monday morning and that they would clean it out for free! I did so, and they did it while I waited there, pausing whatever else they were doing so that I wouldn’t be late for work. Madison has almost no family auto body businesses left, and this is one you should support. They worked directly with my insurance to resolve a price discrepancy (Progressive didn’t account for the fact that my window needed to be replaced because somebody had knocked my mirror into it and damaged it, a detail the Lynch Auto Body team did not overlook), and I was able to leave my rental car with them to get it picked up.
