Dylan at the service counter is always incredibly helpful, along with Hugo on the shop floor who always works on many of the complicated repairs on our trucks. The parts department is also top notch with helpful folks including Chad, Jeff, Kain and Trey. Always recommend Lakeside for any help in the trucking industry that you may need.
- TATerry AhlertNov 13, 20241.0If I could give a negative 10 for a review I would, the semi I purchased from the dealership in Madison was a pos, first thing it was leaking oil from oil filter, didn't even make it home with it and a check engine light came on, for a sensor, salesman didn't even call to see how it was running. Yes I did purchase the semi as is, but coming from a dealer you would have thought I could drive it a few months before I had any issues with it. Rant over.
