  The cloth strips that hang down and wash over your vehicle got snagged on my driver side windshield wiper which ended up snapping the wiper off. This is not an old car with bad wipers, it’s a new Traverse. When I pulled out and went around to the managers office, he had no interest or desire to learn what had happened. There wasn’t a bit of sympathy! It was Jan 10th and a snow storm, I had my grandson with me and was 130 miles from home. The best he could say was… we don’t cover windshield wipers, there’s an Auto. Value down the road. Now, I’m not looking for anything for free and I know accidents happen but for god sakes could you have just a little bit of compassion. It was a heavy snowstorm ,I couldn’t use my wipers to clear the snow covered windshield and I’m suppose to get in traffic and drive down the road! This place is a joke and I will not give them another dime!!! I will be visiting PDQ over on South Oneida from now on. I’d be so embarrassed to treat a customer like this manager treated me. Kindness goes a long way in this world, please take some lessons!! In the end the car wash ended up costing me close to $100 once I was done buying wipers, Absolutely disgusting 🤢 oh and women at Auto Value stated that this car wash also broke an antenna off her grandmothers car and scratched a friends vehicle and they were treated the same. The women’s mentioned that there are lots of complaints from all over town and she believes the machines are not aligned properly and that’s why she believes this is happening.

  The bad -very rude manager I went there at 755pm thinking it closed at 8pm, but apparently that closing time is summer hours. After stopping to ask them if they were open, the manager came out and asked if I knocked his cones over. I said i did not see any cones. He then said they were closed and told me “don’t knock over my cones again” in quite a threatening tone. -wait times are crazy, over 30 mins at rush hour. You must factor this into the cost The good -the car wash itself is excellent

  Best car wash in all of northeast Wisconsin hands down, maybe all of Wisconsin period. They are fast, thorough and leave me feeling like I am driving a brand new vehicle and keeping my vehicle looking and feeling brand new for a long time to come.

  I’ve gone to other Club car washes in Green Bay and this one is the best! The staff work hard to make sure it’s rinsed off well at the beginning and the air dryers on the conveyer belt give just enough time to dry well.
