- TITony Lischka IIIDec 9, 20251.0No stars! Worst service experience I’ve ever had. I had two claim's one was a factory claim and one was an extended warranty claim. Went to Chris in service in May explained what is wrong and needs to be claimed. Stopped in periodically through the summer to check on claims and always got “working on it”. Our warranty guy is on it and I will check for you. Long story short I called the RV manufacturer last week and they resolved it no problem, by them explaining it was denied in June because there service dept didn’t do there due diligence. Ya think they would have told me in June it was denied when I stopped in to check on progress. The other claim through the extended warranty we had was going no where, so I called them today and they told me Camping World never submitted a claim. My part sat under the service counter since May, I picked it up today and it was right where they put it in May! I went to tell Chris that I was taking my part and that I handled my factory warranty issue and going elsewhere and he couldn’t even look at me. I’ve been in the sales/service business for 35 years and couldn’t imagine treating anyone like this.

He's very positive and happy and because of that hes are knew adopted grandson number 58 on the list, and counting. When we trad up hopefully next year we're definitely going to go to Travis.
