  They went above and beyond to help me get the highway paint off my brand new truck. I was definitely not expecting the service and help I got. In a time of bad service it is nice to know there are still companies who care. Thank you, to the lady who works at the front, the two techs that worked hard on the truck, and the manager who even came out and helped. You definitely gained a customer for life!

  I went to the south pioneer location I fond du lac today. I was spraying bug and tar remover on the front of my truck because the wash never gets it off. An older employee started yelling at me to get back in my truck. I said ok. I sprayed my mirror and he ran up to me yelling to get back in my truck or he will not wash it. I said I am and I am not holding anyone up. In fact he was because he was not at his job post by coming to yell at me. He asked me if I had a membership I said yes. He said he was going to call and cancel my membership for not following policy. I said I don't see anything posted saying I can't do what im doing. I told him tonhave a great day and got in my truck. Well the wash still didn't get the bugs off so I decided to go to the location off east Johnson in fond du lac a few hours later. I sprayed bug and tar remover before I was even close to the gate. There was absolutely no one in line. I pulled up to the gate and Unfortunately there he was the same guy. He immediately walked up to my window motioned to lowered it. I did. He immediately said he was calling and canceling my membership I said no one is even here and im not in the gate He said it's because I was yelling and swearing at him earlier. I said that never happened what's your name. He wouldn't tell me so I took a picture of him and said have a great day and God bless

  Best monthly car wash of the 3 I've tried. Car always looks squeaky clean and stays clean between washing.

  Ruined my paint. 2015 Lexus. Just bought with pristine body. Not any more. I cancelled my membership. Unless you have a extremely hard thick coating over your paint I suggest going elsewhere. Those big wiper swiper that goes all over and around when you go in might be the culprit. It's picking up the tiny scratchy grit off other vehicles and it is embedded into them.
