She answered all my questions while I was there. I thought of some more later that night and emailed her expecting answers the next day. Instead I got them that night, we'll after closing. She also provided some other information that I was looking for as I contemplated the purchase, all without undo pressure. The sale itself was wonderful. Julia had everything ready as far as the car was concerned. She thoroughly explained all the new technology in the vehicle. Scott handled the paper work with ease. Everything was explained, options were given, all decisions were accepted without any extra pressure. These 2 people treated me with respect and care, and made me confident that I received the best deal for my vehicle!
