At drop-off and pickup, I waited extended periods for assistance, and key details like service notes and inspection findings were either unclear or not documented. I was charged for AC diagnostics but received no written results until I specifically requested them—at which point a handwritten note was added. Additionally, an interior table was found damaged at pickup, which was not the case at drop-off, adding to concerns about care and accountability. While a staff member attempted to offer helpful service and a discount was extended, the overall experience lacked professionalism and reliability. I hope management reviews internal processes and communication, as customer trust and transparency are critical—especially for new RV owners relying on expert guidance. At this time, I will be seeking service elsewhere and DO NOT recommend. 3.5* rating with over 1200 reviews is legit.

Also had a defective rear view camera, but Mike in Service administration stepped up to the plate and got us a new display coming. Very happy with Sales and Mike! Had a few other issues that needed attention but all in all, it was a good experience....Thanks to Mike!!
