- HCHeather ChristensonDec 2, 20251.0I wanted to prove all the negative reviews wrong. Well just some advice. The sales employees were nice and didn’t really have any issues. It started to fall apart when we drove to pick up the camper. While doing the walkthrough they discovered the motor for the beds didn’t work and they didn’t have the part. We were leaving the next week and drove 2 hours to pick up. Didn’t give us notice. Eventually took the part from another unit. Upon getting to the paperwork. I discovered they added every optional plan to the paperwork and we had not agreed to that. Said they could redo it but it would take time. Again we needed to get back home. Assured us they are all refundable and it would not be an issue. That was mid March 2025. It took multiple voice messages, text messages and emails and eventually messaging the GM on LinkedIn. Yesterday December 1st 2025 we finally got the refund check that should have been to us in May. Buyer beware and as long as you don’t finance there, don’t agree to any extras no matter what and do a detailed inspection of the unit you might be OK. Thankful that we have owned RVs for 25+ years and know how to work on them as we got home and realized the camper had no front stabilizer jacks. On us for not noticing but with everything that day I didn’t think we needed to check for standard equipment like that.
