Although very pleasant, it's concerning that the tech I spoke with wasn't understanding what oil I was asking about. He went to get the manager to ask & was told he doesn't have time to talk because he's doing a job. Well, he now has plenty of time as I went to a different jiffy lube location. Jiffy lube in Machesney Park beat this place out of the water with knowledge, professionalism & service. This location could use a few lessons from them.

I didn’t think talking about those things at work especially with customers inside was very professional. I felt like I was on a show of Jerry springer, everyone arguing you got 2 guys yelling about a girl one older lady saying it’s not her job and walked away then seeing the other 2 working on the car outside while everyone is arguing was super weird. I gave 2 stars due to the 2 working on my friends car and not getting involved and making sure her car was taken care of that’s why they got 2 stars. Thanks to those 2 💪
