Club Car Wash has plans to scale rapidly into Kentucky, Tennessee, and Colorado through acquisitions and new developments.
My truck got significant damage due to the distance between cars not being enough. My vehicle hit another vehicle and they denied the claim saying it was the fault of other driver. Extremely shady. Buyer beware. Horrible business.
Better Business Bureau (BBB): Issued a warning and an 'F' rating due to high complaint volume, as detailed in reports from late 2025.
Company now does not respond to emails. Steer clear of them. Ever notice they also do not respond to negative reviews here? Want to know why? Because these things happen at their wash and they deny your claim. The distance between cars is not safe and if you hit, they deny your claim.

Attention: Belt doesn’t stop if someone in front of you stops and company denies to take the responsibility!
I was a customer pretty much since the company built one one the east side and while I experienced a few smaller issues every now and then like missing towels, vacuums not working etc. never in my life (and I lived in Europe and the US) have I
experienced something so shady in regards to a car wash.
From the beginning I was wondering if the belt the cars are on would stop if the cars get to close for example if someone stops on the belt. Yesterday I found out.
As to be expected it was quite full, but I already expected that. A pickup truck was in front of me and he was already suspicious because he kept breaking right in the beginning and I should have listened to my „belly“ feeling and requested to have a big distance between us, but stupid as I am I let them squeeze me super close to him.
Towards the end the big lumps which are like a curtain blocked my view but after a few seconds I realized that I didn’t moved forward and then I realized that this truck driver was stopping the middle of the line and the line kept going for at least 10-20 seconds?!
Obviously someone behind me now pushed into me etc.
At that point I realized that the emergency stopping mechanism Club Car wash has is the human at the beginning and you because you’re supposed to honk if someone in front of you stops!
Well that is a first for me. In every car wash like PDQ or in Europe MrWash for example the belt will stop if it detects that cars could push into each other, or it is like the PDQ in Ashwaubenon where the whole belt moves the whole car and then still stops.
The best is the response from Club Car Wash, which I contacted as soon as I had time (I had an appointment and couldn’t wait for the manager to cone out and also there were multiple other parties waiting already) so I took pictures videos and messaged them online.
The response: You need to deal with the manager on site within 24 hours! Great well that time frame went fast by if I work and they respond late afternoon basically after the 24 hours mark.
In short I can only recommend to avoid Club Car wash if you don’t want to risk that your car gets squeezed and damaged because the company skimps on safety. There are other options PDQ, FleetFarm, True North or even Kwik Trip if it has a sale on the car wash.

It is a great way to prevent you car from rusting to bad. I recommend the membership if you want to take the best care of your vehicle possible. There are several locations in the area.

Heard this place had a $10 car wash. I pulled up, and an attendant met me at my window as I was reading the selection board. I told him I wanted the $10 basic wash.
The attendant asked if I was interested in the $40/month MVP package. I told him, “No thanks — just the $10 basic wash is fine.”
The attendant furrowed his brow and asked, “Why? Do you not live around here?”
I replied, “I’m just here for a car wash, I’m not interested in a sales pitch.”
The attendant said, “So you don’t like saving money?”
I told him, “Just sell me the $10 car wash, or you’re going to have to make every car behind me back up so I can get out of this line.”
The attendant chuckled, saying “sales pitch…” and finally took my card.
Between this and the dozens of one-star reviews mentioning overcharging, uncancelable subscriptions, and vehicle damage, I can’t believe a dodgy place like this is still in business. No wonder it has an “F” rating from the Better Business Bureau.
