I opted to have a significant amount of work done on an older class B I recently purchased. They did not pressure me into any of the work, just gave me a detailed overview of everything that was needed and let me choose from there. The service technician, Derrick, even took a video, which was helpful. So far I’m happy with the job!

SlaghtOct 31, 20251.0Shady most aggravating places i have ever tried to deal with. 1 went through pre approval was told 2k down and then begun the crap with finance department gathering everything and then was told it would be 2.5k down. OK fine then was told prof of residence wasn't good enough then a few days later the sales call us and say it's been worked out but we need to come in and put 2.8k down so we call them a few days later because im a over the road truck driver so called them to see who to make out the certified check to then was told we don't know what you are talking about that nothing has been worked out. Then snowflake got his feelings hurt because I finally had enough and made my frustration known!!! SHADY CRAP

I called service many times and left messages to call me back and the service writer never called me back. I had to physically go into the location to get updates. I would not recommend this location to do any service work.

I was a little put off by the amount of personal information I had to disclose before the salesman would show us anything. We started our range and the towing capacity of our vehicle, and we were shown units at the top end of our range. Our budget is small and our needs are just for the two of us - we explained this clearly - but we were shown units that were too large or had bunks. The selection is limited to a few brands that didn't meet our needs based on our online research before we visited. All in all a little too high-pressure for a first time purchase visit. We thanked the salesman and moved along.
