When I say they took immaculate care of me, I felt more like a VIP than a customer which felt great after my frustrating mishap with the other Location. Although I had to wait a bit to save up, it was doable price. However, when I came back to the same location they gave me a new estimate, and it was DOUBLE of what the initial estimate was. I asked why was it double, and if they would honor their initial estimate, and they were not able to explain why it was double nor tell if they’d be able to do the original estimate. I called the Woodinville location and was lucky to be attended by CJ, the manager. He was absolutely awesome, and honored my initial estimate for the brakes and rotors. I’m infinitely grateful to CJ and his crew for working on my vehicle, and taking care of me. You guys rock!

According to their website, this includes an oil and filter change, topping off essential fluids (coolant, brake, windshield washer), and checking components like air filters and belts. However, when I received my report, the cabin air filter check was marked as "declined," even though **no one had asked me** about it. When I pointed this out, one of the staff (only one not in uniform) said it was a "system glitch" and that they had already checked it — but when I asked the woman assisting me, she seemed surprised and said, "Do you want us to check it?" They then inspected the cabin air filter and told me it was bad — and someone had apparently already started replacing it **before I even agreed to the work**. I approved it anyway, but this really made me question whether they had performed the rest of the "signature" checks or just marked them off on paper. Next, they told me my front and rear brakes and rotors all needed replacement right away and quoted me $1,600. I decided to get a second opinion — three other shops in Bothell quoted between $700–$800, and one quoted around $1,000. When I took the car to one of these shops, the technician informed me the rear rotors didn't need replacing and the rear brakes still had 6 mm left. I ended up getting the front brakes and rotors replaced for $350, about **22% of Jiffy Lube's quote**. Between the inaccurate report, dishonesty, and upselling based on misleading information, I don't feel I can trust the quality or integrity of their service. I won't be going back, and you shouldn't either.
