  I’m most appreciative to the team that went above and beyond the call💕 I came in for headlight service; the staff was able to get a part in for me and change it when all other car services in the area said they didn’t have that particular headlight in stock.   I had a great experience this was my first time ever bring my car to jiffy lube staff was awesome I came to install a after market skid plate on my Audi b7 and they were able to get it done in 30 minutes just like Jayden said Jayden was the person to pick up when I first thought about bringing my car to there and he answered all my questions and everybody else was cool as well I was even allowed to watch the work being done from outside of the shop which was excellent 10/10 do recommend !

  I had some ongoing issues with my car that I had tried to fix at another shop, but the repair wasn’t done correctly, and it caused new problems. I even visited a different shop first, but they wanted to charge $175 just for a diagnostic and gave me a long list of possible issues without actually identifying the root cause. When I came to this shop, CJ — the manager — found the root cause of the problem almost immediately, and he did it for free. It gave the impression of highly experienced mechanic who can quickly and accurately diagnose issues even without relying on computer diagnostics. Jeremy — the mechanic — repaired a certain part instead of replacing it, making the service more extensive while significantly lowering the cost. This clearly demonstrated an honest business approach that avoids upselling and prioritizes long-term customer loyalty over quick profit. I’ve been overcharged by other shops and recommended unnecessary part replacements in the past. That strategy may have led those businesses to quick, short-term profit, but it definitely drove customers away in the long run. Jeremy answered all of my questions, not by giving some generic explanations, but by sharing insightful details, which made me feel that my car was in the hands of knowledgeable and experienced mechanic. I also asked to make a non-standard modification to my car, expecting a refusal or at least some hesitation, but Jeremy simply did it without even questioning my decision. I was genuinely impressed by that level of flexibility and respect for customer preferences. When I asked for the same thing at another shop, I was told that such modifications were not permitted. That degree of inflexibility and stubbornness ultimately discouraged me from returning for future service. They work quickly, but at the same time they are very accurate and organized. They use a system where every part removed from the car is placed on a designated tray, which helps ensure nothing is forgotten during the reassembly. I’ve had experiences at other shops where parts were accidentally left out, so I really appreciated this attention to detail. I had to wait until the next day for some parts to be delivered; otherwise, the service could have been completed the same day without the need to schedule an appointment. The shop operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, not all Jiffy Lube locations have a mechanic on-site, but this one does. I truly appreciate the accommodation they made for me. Some shops are not flexible when it comes to adjusting their policies, even when it is necessary to accommodate an individual’s needs. The accommodation is not a special treatment; it is necessary assistance, and I am very grateful for it. The shop also has a great atmosphere, with a hands-on manager who works right alongside his team. I genuinely did not expect such a high level of service.
