- JTJoseph TrachselNov 17, 20255.0I brought a project vehicle to punks to get a custom exhaust. I got there a little early to unload my truck from my car trailer. I was informed it would be a 10 minute wait which was still ahead of schedule. I pulled my truck in and was having all kinds of issues because I had not had a chance to drive it since putting the new engine and transmission in it. Kasey was very friendly and understanding. While going over how I wanted my exhaust done Kasey noticed a puddle of oil and a small stream coming from my oil pan. this was a new build and I hadn't turned the wheels all the way side to side before. My steering linkage had hit the pan. Kasey was very understanding and helped me by bringing a bucket and allowing me to use his tools to fix the leak. He went so far as to call the auto parts store and order the parts I needed to fix the leak. The exhaust came out perfect, it was finished faster than quoted, and the help I received was more than I could have asked for. I can't say enough good things about my first experience at this shop, I'm surely going to be a repeat customer.

- NRN RamstetterNov 12, 20255.0They come HIGHLY recommended... we had a problem with our muffler... it need a weld... it was closing time for him and he was ready to go home... he stayed and welded up our muffler... even fixed more than we asked for... apparently we had an exhaust leak for awhile... but places like that dont exist any more... very good shop... you have muffler problems... GO TO PUNKS!!!!

The job was done in two hours start to finish while I waited. I had an appointment at 8:00 am and my car was pulled in at 8:00 am. They had two technicians working on my car at the same time. One cutting and flaring the pipes while the other tech was welding them in place. Unbelievable customer service. I called another exhaust shop in town and they quoted me a price and set up an appointment for me. When I showed up the tech was already had a 4 hour welding job ahead of me and was obviously frazzled and over booked. The front staff said they didn't know when they would be able to work on the car or how much it would cost. They also said they would need to keep it over the weekend and it was 8:00 am on Friday morning. Save yourself a major headache and Go To Punk's! They are a professional exhaust shop from how they treat their customers to the professional work they do out in the shop A+.
