It is an dealer auction system (similar to cars and bids) where you upload pictures taken with your phone and list it on the CarSolve platform. Local dealers can bid on your vehicle and highest bid wins. Joe (Owner of Carsolve) assisted with the process for listing and coordinating with the winning dealer. Vehicle inspection at the local winning dealer's office as well as printed check took more than one hour, but all in all it was a smooth and easy process. Definitely check them out if you are looking to sell a pristine/well kept condition vehicle.

- TMTsongfw MouaDec 8, 20255.0Highly recommend their service and was worth it to not have deal with the time-consuming negotiations with car dealerships (including CarMax). I went to 4 different dealerships on my own, and CarSolve was able to beat their price by 5%. This was also about 8% higher than the quoted trade-in value. I was able to get my vehicle in the auction process in about 2 days. It didn’t meet my target selling price, but it was still better offer than what I was able to get on my own. CarSolve continued to work with their network of dealers to get the selling price as close to my target as possible. After about a week - they were able to find a dealer and a price that I was happy to accept. The selling process was super easy - the purchasing dealership sent me all the paperwork beforehand, and I went in for 15 minutes to sign the paperwork and it was done. There were some delivery issues with the payoff check - but CarSolve was willing to help resolve that issue as well. Highly recommend and I will be using them again to sell future vehicles.
