One thing that I always appreciate is that when they nave new (and often younger) staff, they are constantly talking to them and training them as they go, and checking their work along the way. Yes, a Jiffy Lube oil change is going to cost a little more but the speed and local convenience is more than worth it. I’ll happily pay a little more to save myself a trip to the dealership and several hours waiting for it to be done (or creating a mess in my driveway).

They got you in and got you out, checked all my lights and other things, no messing around. This past Saturday I spent over $200 to have the transmission fluid changed. On Tuesday, my transmission failed. It failed so bad that the car is now undrivable and I’m facing a $5000 bill to get it fixed. So I highly recommend you do NOT get any transmission fluid changes here.
