We own a 2021 trailer- brought it in because our fridge went out after owning it for 2 years. They wanted an arm and a leg to replace it. We ultimately decided to do it ourselves. Upon picking up the trailer …the battery was dead. We had to go back and forth to get the proper charger to charge our own battery to get off of the lot. After we got it home our slide out was miraculously not working anymore.

They had me put down the 10% down payment and start insurance that day. Just for them to call me a week later to say I couldn’t be approved and they’d send my money back as a check in the mail in a few weeks. Which I’m still waiting on.
