Horrible and shady business. Told me I was pre approved, so I drove the 2 and a half hours to get there. They had me put down the 10% down payment and start insurance that day. Just for them to call me a week later to say I couldn’t be approved and they’d send my money back as a check in the mail in a few weeks. Which I’m still waiting on.

I decided to NOT do business with this company and now they will not leave me alone. It is constant phone calls, emails, and voice mails. I block a phone number or email address and they just switch to another one. I wish these people would just leave me alone.

I will never buy anything else from this place. I will not recommend people to this place. Took our trailer for the first time a couple days after getting it. The first time we used the outside sink it was clogged and wouldn't drain. The only way to get it to drain was to try and disconnect the drain from the sink. When I started to do this I noticed that it was leaking. The second time we took the trailer out for a weekend get away, we went to put the awning out and noticed that one of the brackets that the awning supports was missing off the side of the trailer. The holes were filled with white rtv. I called to talk to the service to have them take a look at the issues. I asked if this was going to cost me anything the guy told me that it would cost me 200 dollars for them to look at the issues. Well we paid 1900 dollars for them to do an inspection and to fix or let us know if there were issues. No issues were noted at the time we signed the papers. Now I know why the awning was not out when we did our final walk around. NEVER buy anything from this place.

at first I was excited about the purchase of my first rv. found a model I liked at a price that worked for my budget so Robert (sales) and Chris (finance) got the ball rolling on the paperwork, and then everything started to go downhill. I informed both of them that I had already gotten a pre-approval thru my bank and wanted to go thru them for the purchase. They both told me that they could probably get me a better rate thru a different lender, but I told them both numerous times that I didn't want my credit run again and that I would be sticking with my own bank. They finally backed off so I thought that was that. As we step into the office, Chris begins to tell me about the 'free' stuff I get with the purchase of an RV from camping ng world.. some club membership, extra perks, discounts on parks, etc.. At no point in time did he mention any of this costing anything. Then he hands over a pile of paperwork for me to sign. I already have the number in my head that we had discussed earlier and I had agreed to, and like an idiot I just signed away without stopping to read it. Well, turns out that that 'free' stuff actually added about $8k to my total without me knowing. Oblivious, we shake hands (after I hand over a hefty deposit) and I'm on my way. A couple weeks later I get a phone call saying that parts had arrived (they needed to fix a couple things on the RV as a condition of the sale) so we set up a time to drop it off. At that time, Chris informed me that the financing thru my bank never went thru because of 'some error' (because the bank loans on the value of the RV, NOT the extra $8k this crook snuck in there) and asked me to bring paperwork with me when I dropped it off for the service work. Again he talked about using a different lender, and again I reminded him that I did not want my credit run again. As soon as I hung up the phone I decided to check online and sure enough, they had already ran my credit against my wishes. When I dropped the RV off, I spoke to the general manager Jeff about my concerns and he said he would look into it and make it right. But of course I never hear a word back. 2 weeks later, I went to the dealership to remove personal items from the RV and tell Jeff I just want my money back. Since they failed to finalize the financing, the deal was dead in the water. Jeff said it would take a few days to get it figured out and then cut me a check for my deposit. It has now been several days and I have still not heard back, and every time I have tried to call him I have been told that he was signing papers with someone one, or in the middle of a sale, or talking to another client, etc, etc, etc. He is obviously ducking my calls, and I don't know what to do at this point. I feel like the only way I'm going to see a resolution here is to press matters with the BBB and/or the state AG. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a camper or RV to look elsewhere for their purchase. These guys are incredibly deceptive, and will happily screw you over with a smile on their face to make a buck. avoid at all costs
