- ASAmeya SirpotdarJun 23, 20251.0DO NOT PAY their parking ticket. They should have functioning garage. They can’t look up my ownership information to give me the ticket 6 months later. UPDATE: Again, DO NOT PAY their tickets. DO NOT WASTE TIME creating Zendesk ticket as well. My time is not free to talk to your low wage customer support when you know the issue that your parking garage was broken. It's illegal to look up my ownership information and purposely leave the garage in broken state just to give the tickets. Based on the reviews, they knew this issue for a year and this is called "booby trap" in legal terms and easy to prove in the courts. If they take my ticket to collection agency, I will take them to small claims court for mental harassment and illegal practices. Again, DO NOT PAY their tickets.

After going into Amazon Fresh to ask for help, being directed back out, I called the help button again and they finally answered. By this time, it had been just over an hour and the FREE one hour was now into the one hour and made me pay, taking a picture of my license plate and texting me a link to pay over and over again. Not recommended
