Why do businesses bother accepting appointments if they're not going to honor them? I was not given a price estimate prior to the work starting (I admit I should've asked for one) and then when the work was done, I was charged over $500. I knew I was being ripped off but at this point, I saw no other option but to pay - which I'm sure was their intent. I've had good experiences at other Jiffy Lube locations but will not be returning to this one.

It is the most I've ever paid for a oil change (about $75) but hey there's not much choices in the area now that pep boys closed. I also think pep boys wasn't charging enough, I only paid $27 last time I went there before they closed, in my opinion when you supply your own oil and filter somewhere between 40 and 50 would be the right amount today, just my opinion. I'll still a new customer 👍
