When I tried turning into the parking lot, there was other cars blocking the entry way, so I had to drive all the way around to get in. I was concerned with blocking traffic since there was a clinic right next to this Jiffy Lube, so I parked in the lot as well. I called twice for an estimated wait time, but their phone kept breaking; therefore, I went in to ask for help. I know there were people busy and working, but a worker visibly noticed I needed help, and ignored me. After a couple mins someone came out, and I asked if I could put my name on a list since I was concerned about the parking lot being blocked. He asked where I was parked, and I said and pointed where I parked - right in front of the business. He then said I could leave and grab groceries nearby since the wait time was 40 mins. I wanted to confirm, so I asked if it was okay if I stayed parked in the lot. He said, "Follow me." So, I followed a couple feet and he said, "You see these lines? Park here," then proceeded to walk back into the shop. I felt so disrespected that I left. If I was told that I had to simply wait in line (WITH MY CAR) to get a service then it would have been fine. It was the way everything was executed and time wasted without proper communication. I do not recommend this place nor will I get services done here again.
