When I brought it up, they offered a refund on that service without me having to ask, which I was very appreciative of, as there’s no way we would have said yes to it if we were informed prior. While I was working with someone to process my refund another employee walked by and loudly said “oh it’s THIS lady” then reached over me to ask the employee I was speaking with if they were ok, as though I was a danger to them. I wasn’t going to write a review of the experience when it was just the issue of the service being performed prior to the price information, I totally understand that things can get forgotten and miscommunicated, but the rude comments and action from the other employee made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Jiffy Lube has always been questionable for me because of the upselling but I will absolutely not be returning after the way I was treated and will be happy to pay extra at the dealer if it means I’m treated fairly.
