Now mind you they pulled the oil plug before pulling the dipstick. So who really knows. Lol regardless I assumed they needed the upsell and did the cheaper of the options. They did do the extra service as advertised and they did change my oil and hers as advertised. But I wouldn't trust if they tell you the oil was low. Check the level before pulling in if you're nervous. After I got my oil changed I checked my roommates oil just to verify she was ok to wait a few days. So I know hers was fine and so did she. She got the extra service the same reason I did. It doesn't hurt the car and if it helps them pay their people then ok. Just don't lie about it.
