However, if you have a moderately older vehicle (5-10 yrs) where undercarriage body panel pins will have become brittle, expect these guys to break them...why would they need to access the body panels? to complete their 259 point mandatory inspection! and they won't tell you about it and just do a terrible job taping it back together. Won't be coming back because of the removed/broken pins.

- NNNeilNov 7, 20251.0Yesterday, I made an appointment for a tire replacement, scheduled for today at 10am. That part of the process was relatively seamless, and the quoted price was reasonable. Today, I arrived at this Greenwood location at 9:52am, and was told that the technician who needed to be there to do the requested service just hadn't shown up that day. They had me wait while they kept trying to call the technician, but no luck. I understand that this wasn't the fault of the staff on site at the time. But they did say that technician was already supposed to be at work before my appointment (and they opened 2 hrs before my arrival), so a simple phone call an hour before my appointment letting me know we'd need to schedule would’ve been the right thing to do. Also, how is it that none of the other 4 employees I saw on site were capable of installing a tire for me? That seemed odd as well. Management needs to get it together, because driving all that way on a spare tire just to then be told that the one person at this location who could do the work wasn't even around was just disrespectful. No apology for this incident was ever given by the guy I spoke with, by the way.

I went to my jiffy lube in Lynwood for a few years, moved back to Seattle and was hesitant to ‘find the shop’ type. Courteous, FAST, knowledgeable and comparatively price acceptable. My ‘check oil’ light doodad didn’t turn off so I drove back and the guy literally said “oh, turn the key (not on) and then hold the gas to bottom of the floor and tap it three times” and it reset the thingy thing/no light. THAT my friends is KNOWLEDGE (random vehicle you’ve never seen before and you know exactly how to fix the simplest issue that a regular shop would have charged me 129.00 diagnostic fee for? Ya… Greenwood Jiffy lube is my shop moving forward. Thanks guys! Nicholas.
