I came in for what should’ve been a straightforward service: an oil change plus front and rear differential fluid changes, totalling nearly $400. While my car was being serviced, oil was spilled inside the vehicle: on the passenger-side window, door, and carpet. When I pointed it out, they got some towels and wiped a bit. The staff refused to negotiate or even acknowledge the inconvenience and the mess caused by their mistake. They said it was not them, but this company: Christensen. Now I have oily residue all over the interior that’s difficult to remove, and a window that looks permanently streaked. For the price I paid, I expected professional care and responsibility, not damage and denial. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d strongly advise others to double-check their car’s interior before leaving.

After my original service, my car’s check engine light came on and they kept my car until they knew what the problem was. They made sure that my car was safe to drive after my service. Cars are not just a luxury, but a necessity in so many situations. For someone such as myself that relies on a car to make supplemental income to pay my rent, I came to jiffy lube specifically because I wanted the best. That unfortunately was not the case at all. I came in on a weekday morning to get an oil change and my service was fast…..almost too fast. 10min max was all it took for them to be “finished”. It didnt sit right with me that they gave me my keys back so quickly. I felt like I had to proceed to ask them verious follow up questions just to make sure they actually looked at the vehicle. How was my windshield fluid? How did the filter look? Do I need a new replacement soon, ext. I turns out that they hadn’t checked any of it before trying to get me out the door. I was disappointed this is not my first trip here and although the price of my oil change has gone up $20 plus dollars, but the quality of the service has significantly decreased. I will be searching for a new location to service my car in the future.
