When I arrived Henry came to take a look and he assured me they would get the issue handled. When I pulled into the Bay Jeffery and Henry both were working on my veichle. They fixed the issue which was a big relief. I was very comfortable there and that was due to the kind respectful courteous attitude of them both as well as the other employees there. I offered to pay for there time and they told me not to worry about it. That right there is above and beyond awesome customer service!! This jiffy lube location as whole deserves recognition I feel like for the awesome team and great customer service.
