- EPEvan PernuOct 19, 20252.0Parking facility itself is nice but the system that you have to use to pay, "metropolis", is unintuitive and inconvenient. Gate would not open had to call a support number to be let out. Support agent told me the system would stop billing me once I left, but I checked their website and it was still billing me. Had to go through the websites support system to spot being billed.
