Last time a came, the guy removing my oil filter kept losing his grip and slamming his hand until he eventually threw the tool at the ground in frustration. A manager came to help him, got it off, and the two of them argued for a while. All of this with my window down awkwardly listening. A couple weeks go by, and I smell oil from my engine bay. It turns out, they did not secure the new oil filter on tight enough and it was now leaking. I was able to screw it more than 180 degrees before it was hand tight. "Luckily" they overfilled my oil so not too much had leaked yet... I knew they overfilled it, because the guy above yelled to the guy below to "drain a quart of oil". The guy below said, "how do I know when to stop" and the guy above said "eyeball it". Will not be back, and I caution everyone to pay close attention to how they're treating your car while there. If I was less mechanically inclined, my engine could be ruined.
