All three of them (asao, Bryce and Jose) have great customer service. And they work hard.

They couldn’t get it out and sent me to a different location (45 minute drive) to remove it! They gave me a $20 discount but that did not cover my gas and time. I missed my doctors appt (which you all know, it takes months to get an appointment to see a doctor these days). So when they tell you you will be out in 15-30 minutes, BEWARE! They did not have a replacement for the dip stick and had to order it so, when it came in, I had to make another trip back to Jiffy Lube! I guess as the saying goes…you get what you paid for!!!!!!!!
