    I've been trying for over a week to get some answers about my refund for warranty and gap. The 1st lady i spoke with said I should get the money at the end of last week. I got nothing I've tried calling 5 different times now. The 1st 2xs the guys said he woops call me back and has never returned my call. Now they always tell me they are busy. This truck was a bought back from Ford because it was a huge lemon.
